Please read carefully and choose to accept or not accept this Agreement. Unless you accept all the terms of this Agreement, you have no right to register, log in, or use the services covered by this Agreement. Your registration, login, use, etc., shall be deemed as your acceptance of this Agreement and your agreement to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2.1 Users need to register a "SURO AI" account before using this service. Account registration should be bound using a mobile phone number or email address. Please use a mobile phone number or email address that has not been bound to a "SURO AI" account and has not been banned by SURO AI in accordance with this Agreement to register a "SURO AI" account.
2.2 If the registration applicant has a precedent of being banned by SURO AI, or is suspected of false registration or abusing the name of others for registration, or other reasons that cannot be permitted, SURO AI will reject their registration application.
3.1 The specific content of this service is provided by SURO AI according to the actual situation, including but not limited to AI services such as text generation, image generation, and video processing.
3.2 Some network services provided by SURO AI are paid network services. Users need to pay certain fees to SURO AI to use paid network services. For paid network services, SURO AI will give users clear prompts before use. Users can only use such paid network services if they confirm their willingness to pay relevant fees according to the prompts.
4.1 Protecting user personal information is a basic principle of SURO AI. SURO AI will collect, use, store, and share your personal information in accordance with this Agreement and the "Privacy Policy".
4.2 In the process of registering an account or using this service, you may need to fill in or submit some necessary information, such as identity information required by laws, regulations, and normative documents (hereinafter referred to as "laws and regulations"). If the information you submit is incomplete or does not comply with laws and regulations, you may not be able to use this service or be restricted during use.
5.1 The content mentioned in this article refers to any content produced, uploaded, copied, published, or disseminated by the user during the use of this service, including but not limited to registration information and certification materials such as account avatar, name, user description, or messages and related link pages such as text, voice, pictures, videos, graphics, etc., as well as other content generated by using the account or this service.
5.2 Users shall not use the "SURO AI" account or this service to produce, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content prohibited by the following laws, regulations, and policies:
6.1 The content generated by SURO AI is automatically generated by artificial intelligence models and does not represent the position or views of SURO AI. SURO AI makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, or legality of the generated content.
6.2 Users should judge and bear the risks themselves when using SURO AI generated content. Any legal consequences arising from the use of generated content shall be borne by the user.
